Dengan semangatnya gw download lagu dia, dan jarang banget di Indowebster --' alhasil mesti dari situs luar, dari 5 toko CD yang gw datengin cuman 1 toko CD yang jual album dia "American Saturday Night" di toko sebelah sour sally Taman Anggrek, tadinya udah ngomong "GW BELI KALO KETEMU ALBUMNYA!!!"  hahahaha setelah ketemu malah syok ma harga nya yang 170rb --a buset dah kenapa bisa mahal gitu ya???? hiksss akhirnya sampe sekarang belum kebeli deh T_____T

Contemporary country singer/songwriter Brad Paisley was born October 28, 1972, in Glen Dale, WV; given his first guitar at age eight, he delivered his first public performance at church two years later. With his 50-something guitar teacher Clarence "Hank" Goddard and two of the older man's seasoned musician buddies, the teenaged Paisley formed his first band, the C-Notes, and at age 12 began writing his own material. After performing in front of the local Rotary Club, he was invited to appear on Wheeling station WWVA's famed Saturday night broadcast Jamboree USA. Paisley's debut was so well received that he was invited to join the program full-time, and in the years to follow he opened for the likes of the Judds, Roy Clark, and Little Jimmy Dickens. He later attended Nashville's Belmont University, serving an internship with ASCAP; the contacts Paisley made there helped him land a songwriting deal with EMI, and he also appeared on countless demos. Signing to Arista, he issued his debut solo album, Who Needs Pictures, in 1999. The record produced two chart-topping singles in "He Didn't Have to Be," an ode to loving stepfathers, and "We Danced" and also earned generally positive reviews for its diversity of country styles. In the meantime, Paisley recorded a duet with Chely Wright, "Hard to Be a Husband, Hard to Be a Wife," for the Backstage at the Grand Ole Opry compilation; the two later collaborated on several songs for Wright's Never Love You Enough album. The sequel to Paisley's debut, Part II, was released in 2001 and promptly returned him to the Top Five with "Two People Fell in Love." "I'm Gonna Miss Her (The Fishin' Song)" gave Paisley his third chart-topper, and "Wrapped Around" fell one spot short of becoming his fourth. "I Wish You'd Stay" became the fourth Top Ten hit from the record in early 2003. At the beginning of August 2005, Paisley put together a short "director's commentary" preview of his next album for his fan base to download. The full album, Time Well Wasted, appeared two weeks later and narrowly missed the top of the album charts, though it did hit number one on the country charts. BEEF BURGER

Dalam rangka andrew DIET, gw di suruh bikin resep sehat yang mengandung banyak Protein, sedikit Karbohidrat, Fat, dan Serat

Kali ini gw membuat BEEF BURGER

Bahan :
1. Daging sapi giling
2. Bawang bombai cincang kasar
3. Daun bawang cincang kasar
4. 1 butir telur
5. Garam dan black paper secukupnya
6. Olive oil

Cara membuat :
-Tumis bawang bombai dengan olive oil hingga layu,
-tuang tumisan bawang bombai kedalam daging giling aduk rata,
-masukan daun bawang aduk rata,
-beri garam dan black paper secukupnya,
-masukan 1 butir telur aduk rata,
-kepal-kepal adonan kemudian pipihkan,
-panaskan wajan teflon yang sudah di beri olive oil sedikit,
-panggang dengan api sedang hingga daging matang berwarna coklat hitam

ya gitu doank si hehehe, kalo dagingnya mau di simpen, sebaiknya di panggang dulu setengah matang dan di simpan di tempat tertutup di dalam freezer saat mau di makan baru di panggang lagi, soalnya kalo disimpan dalam kondisi mentah dagingnya bisa basi lama-lama :)



 

Onigiri penganjal lapar dini hari ƪ(‾▿‾)ʃ, Nishiki rice + Furikake

Dikala jam menunjukan pukul 2.00, gw melihat sebuah magic jar dengan nasi jepang kualitas 1 di dalamnya, dan tiba-tiba gw terserang laper yang amat sangat!!! terserang LAPAR HANYA KARENA MELIHAT MAGIC JAR???

Gw membuka gudang penyimpanan logistik gw, dan menemukan sesuatu... em.. seperti bumbu yang digunakan untuk ditaburkan di atas nasi.

Onigiri penganjal lapar dini hari ƪ(‾▿‾)ʃ

- Nishiki rice + Furikake (ふりかけ

Furikake (ふりかけ) adalah lauk pauk berbumbu yang ditaburkan di atas

nasi. Namanya berasal dari kebiasaan makan nasi yang di atasnya

ditaburkan lauk pauk. Wijen, ume-boshi yang sudah diawetkan, yukari

(shiso yang dikeringkan) dan dipotong halus termasuk furikake.

Oh ternyata namanya Furikake...
Karena terserang laper akut, gw bikin onigiri pake furikake :) hehehehe jadilah onogiri rasa salmon enak juga... asin-asin ada wijen ma norinya

BURGER SALMON dengan PUTIH TELUR dan JAMUR ENOKI CRISPY

Dalam rangka andrew DIET, gw di suruh bikin resep sehat yang mengandung banyak Protein, sedikit Karbohidrat, Fat, dan Serat

Kali ini gw membuat BURGER SALMON dengan PUTIH TELUR dan JAMUR ENOKI CRISPY

Bahan :
1. Roti gandum
2. Selada
3. Daging salmon fillet segar
4. Bawang bombai (sebagian iris bulat-bulat, sebagian iris halus)
5. Daun bawang (rajang halus)
6. 3 butir telur
7. Jamur enoki
8. Tepung bumbu
9. Tartar sauce / mayonaise
10. Air lemon
11. Garam dan black paper secukupnya
12. Olive oil / minyag goreng

Cara membuat :
1. Cuci bersih daging salmon fillet, lumuri dengan garam dan siram dengan air lemon diamkan 15 menit. Masak air dalam panci, masukan daging salmon beserta air lemon bekas tadi, rebus hingga daging salmon keras dan cukup matang saja, kurang lebih 10 menit.

Cabut tulang dan kulit salmon jika ada, kemudian dagingnya dihancurkan menggunakan garpu hingga halus,

Tuang sedikit olive oil panaskan untuk menumis irisan bawang bombai hingga harum, tuang tumisan ke dalam daging salmon yang sudah di hancurkan, masukan daun bawang, beri garam dan black paper secukupnya, aduk hingga rata, masukan 1 butir telur aduk hingga rata, kemudian kepal-kepal dengan tangan membentuk gumpalan daging pipih untuk burger.

Gunakan wajan teflon beri sedikit olive oil, panggang daging salmon yg sudah di kepal dengan api sedang hingga matang merata 2 sisinya, lalu tiriskan

2. Cuci jamur enoki, lumuri dengan tepung bumbu serba guna, panaskan minyak secukupnya dengan api sedang, masukan jamur enoki sedikit demi sedikit, agar tidak menggumpal 1 dengan yang lain, goreng hingga ke coklatan dan tiriskan.

3. Pisahkan 2 putih telur, beri sedikit garam dan goreng dadar

4. Tumis sebentar bawang bombai yang di iris bulat hingga layu

5. Ambil selembar roti gandum olesi dengan tartar souce atau mayonise, kemudian taruh selada diatasnya, kemudian daging salmon yang sudah di panggang, kemudian tumisan bawang bombai, taruh putih telur dadar diatasnya, tambahkan jamur enoki crispy, dan terakhir taruh selembar roti gandum di atasnya :)
